Loss of identity for the woman, in the mass media. I aimed to remove the models identity though physical media. These are the documentation's of this act. I believe they have a Bacon aesthetic to them. Which crates this dark oppressive atmosphere, suiting the subject in which I am trying to breach.

This image is a 3d projection of a sculpture made by glass bulbs (none-working) crated a slice of a brain, the pink being a part of the brain stem. The idea of the lights not working the fuses and connection a re-enactment of the un-used/working brain. What I like about this image more the the sculpture is the graphic aesthetic, the bill bored-ness a sort of advertisement on our psyche which i enjoy.

Organic, embryonic and sightless this is a projection of a sculpture. From something I like to call Analogue art, the outdated instruments are given life through the physicality and tangible beauty.

Organic, embryonic and sightless this is a projection of a sculpture. From something I like to call Analogue art, the outdated instruments are given life through the physicality and tangible beauty. Until the first this is a must darker piece (in atmospheric) it is a broken blood cell using fragile broken glass to give the texture and delicacy needed, broken cells can be found most commonly in anaemia suffers

This piece is ambiguous taking inspiration from classical art and scientific illustration it could be religious or scientific, the glow generates could be perceived as the ever lasting light, but the form is from science. Hard and beautiful, this is the beginning of the idea. The beginning of science, the beginning of life. There is a constant fight of 'who is right' (not giving any opinion, but just that their are opinions in society) the hard edge adds to this.

Inverted from the red blood cells. This pieces transformed into something medical and authoritative the work is figurative and metaphorical. Symbolism and beauty a modern play on the skull.

Illusion is the imperative word here. This time using single glasses to create vortexes which almost move as you walk around it. I have concentrated on the eye and the iris due to the movement of line. The illusion is the relationship between the glass/projection and the spectator

A single cell in the moment it is about to divide into new life. again using a single glass, OHP projection
